Refund policy

We want you and your plant to love your Plant Pal. If you don't, you can return it.

14-day returns, no questions asked

Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email PlantPalSolutions@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the return address.

Return shipping

You pay to ship the return back to us, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. Please pack items so they arrive safely.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived broken, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at our cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
